Remote DesignHave you not fallen in love of East Idaho yet? That is okay! We don't judge and would be thrilled to work with anyone, anywhere. Our signature design process is still offered with minor adjustments. Instead of chatting in-person, we will use the benefits of technology to hold the majority of our virtual presentations. If needed, travel will also be considered. We will also work with you to get us the necessary measurements and details to complete your design needs.

Design Fee Pricing Examples
The detailed pricing examples below are for our information-loving friends (just like us). We price our projects based on the hours typically needed to guide our clients through on our signature process. Clients are charged hourly in a retainer model, are provided with a range of hours to expect, and are sent regular updates on used hours. We love how this transparent model provides our client more control on their project.
Keep in mind, there are base hours needed to begin and work through any size project. The larger the project the better pricing you will receive per room. We currently require a 3 room minimum for all contracts.

Initial Consult - $400
This is the first step to ALL design packages. This service includes 1-2 hours to tour the space, offer one-on-one design advice, and discuss SBD's process and packages options that best fit your needs. To make the most of this, clients should:
Within a week of your Initial Consultation you will receive a custom proposal for design services based on the Initial Consultation conversation. Remote client consultations will be held over Zoom. Traveling outside of the Idaho Falls area will be an additional $100/driving hour. |

Whole Home or Commercial Spaces

Styling/Accessorizing
$150/hour - 10 hour minimum/room Currently only available for Comprehensive Packages You’ve built the perfect house, but something isn’t quite right? Put the cherry on top of that sundae with the right accessories and artwork. Let SBD do the heavy lifting, shopping, buying and staging. You simply say yes or no, we make it happen. This option can be added to any Comprehensive Package. This service includes:

Project Management or Coordination - $150/hour
The design phase is just the first part of the whole design process. For those seeking the Comprehensive Package, we offer Project Management for quick refreshes (paint and simple finishes) or Project Coordination for full construction (structural and mechanical work). We become an integral member of the implementation team to make your design come to life. Project Management Services Include:
