This company specializes in thoughtful and highly organized designs that help builders and clients to have unique and yet reduced-stress construction projects. Projects range from design-only consultation to full-service design, construction, or furniture projects with project documents, install, styling, and home organization.
Job Description: SBD is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work with the Owners to develop systems that improve efficiency and ensure that high client expectations are met. We are ideally seeking someone with hands-on experience in executive management, marketing, project tracking, and finances. This job may also include assisting with procurement, keeping the office and sample area clean, running errands, and design installation. It is important for this person to be flexible and willing to help in all areas of the business. This part-time to full-time position will require individuals to work Monday-Friday. Hourly or salary pay will be based on experience and education.
Applicant Requirements: - Formal business education (2-4 year minimum) or equivalent experience in business fields - Experience in managing projects internally and working with various departments - Strong understanding and use of Quickbooks and Microsoft Products - Asana experience a plus - Willing to start part time with potential advancement to full time - Punctual and organized - Top notch communication skills - On the spot problem solving - Hard working and efficient - always looking for ways to lend a hand - Photography and marketing experience not required but helpful - Social Media Knowledge: Facebook and Instagram
