7th Street Residence

Many older homes separate rooms into smaller living spaces. In this home, we were dealing with 4 smaller spaces that could be linked better together without too much reconstruction and played with furniture arrangements to accommodate large family gatherings. I utilized as many of the existing architectural details as I could to keep their renovation costs down. But in the end, I fully recommended a new kitchen.
