Interior Designer (Junior-Senior Level) Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time
We are a growing, high-end interior design firm specializing in remodels and new construction. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team, someone who brings both strong technical skills and a client-centered mindset. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident in their abilities, enjoys collaborating, and is ready to contribute meaningfully to a growing business.
About the Role: This position will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. You will support and lead various aspects of the design process, from concept to implementation, while working closely with our team and clients. This is a primarily in-office position with some remote flexibility available.
Key Responsibilities
Create and develop design concepts for remodels and new construction projects
Produce detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD
Assist with space planning, material selections, and presentations
Create, manage, and organize design documentation
Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and vendors
Support project timelines and ensure details are executed accurately
Applicant Requirements:
2+ year experience in design or construction field (required)
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
Experience with Design Files or other design software (a plus)
Solid understanding of the full design process
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
