I am Sonia Barney, Owner and Principal designer at Sonia Barney Design in Idaho Falls, Idaho. With a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and 16+ years of experience in design and construction, and while raising two autistic boys, I know firsthand that life is more successful with a combination of creative thinking and organization. Making sure there is enough time to enjoy life takes thoughtful planning of one's schedule and environment. Since opening my own design firm in 2015, I have made it my goal to share that knowledge and create tailor-made interiors for active families and bustling businesses.

At Sonia Barney Design this is done through our signature process and Design Book creation. Consider the Design Book a detailed recipe for your unique project. It includes all the ingredients (finishes and fixtures), instructions (action plans and construction notes), and diagrams (plans and elevations) to complete the vision we create together. Design Books are the difference between a chaotic project and a successful project and are available for Comprehensive and Reference Packages.

1. Get started by scheduling your free 15 minute Introductory Phone Call. Tell us about your project and learn about our services and process, no strings attached. 2. Book your Initial Consultation. This is where we’ll learn more about your space, your needs, and start brainstorming solutions. In this 1-2 hour design meeting, you can ask any questions— nothing is off limits—and get expert help from a professional Interior Designer. You will receive a custom quote for your unique project scope within 7 days of your Initial Consultation. There is an additional fee of $250 for out-of-town consultations. |
