Design & Operations Coordinator
​(Admin/Procurement/Design Support)

We are a growing interior design firm specializing in remodels and new construction, and we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a multi-faceted role.
​
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work and operations, but also has a passion for design and wants to grow their skills within the industry.
About the Role:
This position blends administrative support, procurement coordination, and design assistance. You will play a key role in keeping projects organized, on track, and moving forward while also supporting the creative side of the business.

​This role will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow based on performance, skills, and business needs. This is a primarily in-office position with some remote flexibility available. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track orders, materials, and procurement details
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and documentation
  • Support designers with sourcing, selections, and project coordination
  • Assist with client communication and scheduling
  • Help ensure timelines, details, and deliverables are executed accurately
  • Provide general administrative support to keep the business running smoothly
  • Shadow designers and document processes
Applicant Requirements:
  • Previous administrative or office experience (minimum 2+ years)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to track multiple moving pieces
  • Comfortable learning new systems and software
  • Experience in interior design or a strong interest in the field
  • AutoCAD experience is a strong asset but not required
